Bronwyn Conn

An artist originally from a small multicultural town in Northwestern Ontario. Bronwyn’s practice focuses in photography and painting but driven by the curiosity of the little simple things in the everyday and the exploration of place.

The majority of Bronwyn‘s recent practice focuses on daily photography of an isolated life but also the emotional relief of a creative focus. How the simplest of things are usually what we tend to take for granted. The loss of the ability to function in your own personal normal living and how this effects our sense of place. How each of our cultures and personalities can change through any type of difficult time.

Bronwyn will continue this practice of how different cultures and people perceive their sense of place and comfort differently. She looks forward to exploring more mediums and capturing more emotions and memories in the future.
